Business Hours Support

  • The help desk is actively staffed from 8am-5pm Monday – Friday.

  • All methods will receive a response in less than 30 minutes.

After Hours Support

  • Our technicians are on call 24/7 should IT emergencies arise outside of normal business hours.

  • Support requests outside of normal business hours, including weekends, should be placed by phone.
